First work with Airbrush! HGUC Delta Plus

Olá novamente pessoal!

É com muita alegria que informo que FINALMENTE depois de milhões de anos de espera, consegui comprar meu primeiro kit de aerografia! Sim, estou oficialmente me aventurando neste patamar!

Considerando que estou apenas engatinhando neste equipamento, não tenho pretensões muito grandes para os primeiros trabalhos. Preciso antes me habituar ao manejo do aerógrafo para depois aprender novas técnicas.

E o meu primeiro teste foi num kit bem legal: HGUC Delta Plus. Já fazia um tempo que eu havia comprado algumas tintas Gaia lacquer paint's e finalmente vou poder utilizar elas. A ideia geral é fazer um repaint total do Delta, sem shading ou outras técnicas mais elaboradas (essas eu pretendo usar num próximo trabalho).

I am very happy to report that FINALLY after millions of years of waiting, I managed to buy my first kit airbrushing! Yes, officially I'm venturing this level!

Whereas I am just beginning this machine, I have very big claims for the first works. I must first get used to the handling of the airbrush to learning new techniques.

And my first test was a cool kit: HGUC Delta Plus. It had been a while since I had bought some paint lacquer Gaia's paint and I'll finally be able to use them. The general idea is to make a full repaint of the Delta without shading or other more elaborate techniques (these I intend to use in the near work).

Essas são as cores que comprei inicialmente da Gaia. Pretendo aumentar a gama de cores em breve... e já vou avisando a quem não conhece tintas Lacquer.... São perfeitas. Resistência incrível e tempo de secagem muito curto.

Abaixo vocês podem dar uma olhada geral no Delta do jeito que ele vem na caixa.

Ele sofre um pouco com a articulação do cotovelo (90º) e os balljoints que ligam as pernas à cintura. A articulação do ombro com o corpo é pouco móvel também.

He suffers a bit with the elbow joint (90) and balljoints connecting the legs to the waist. The shoulder joint with the body is not very mobile too.

Aqui o meu aerógrafo e o compressor. Bem compacto, mas tem servido perfeitamente para minhas exigências.

Incrível como o aerógrafo deixa a pintura uniforme rapidamente.

Removendo o mascaramento... tive muita sorte, apenas uma ou duas peças ficaram com falhas, mas são fáceis de contornar.

Removing the masking ... I was very lucky, only one or two parts were faulty, but are easy to get around.

Agora.... Mascarando novamente para poder aplicar a cor Ciano.

Now .... Masking again to be able to apply the Cyan color.

Magnífica essa cor...

Aqui temos o resultado final da pintura: uma bela divisão de cores e pouquíssimas falhas. realmente muita sorte, pois eu sou péssimo com mascaramento. Tudo isso graças ao +Gunpla by GoodGuyDan  que fez alguns ótimos tutoriais de mascaramento. Não estou nem perto da habilidade dele, mas já é um começo. 

Here is the final result of the painting: a beautiful color splitting and very few failures. really lucky, because I'm terrible with masking. All this thanks to + Gunpla by GoodGuyDan who made some great tutorials masking. I'm not even close to his skill, but it's a start.

E por hoje é isso pessoal. Assim que eu tiver feito mais algum progresso nesse trabalho eu atualizo o blog. Ainda restam algumas peças a serem pintadas da armadura. E preciso trabalhar o framme dele também, principalmente nas pernas.
